Senior Product Manager - Biopharma (d/f/m)
Why us
Aignostics is a spin-off from one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious university hospitals (Charité), with employees in Berlin and New York. We have received over $55M in funding from leading investors and are a growing team of over 90 interdisciplinary professionals. We work with leading global life sciences companies as well as academic partners.
We believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize how cancer and other complex diseases are diagnosed and treated. Without access to high quality data and a scientifically rigorous, transparent approach to model development, AI is just a buzzword. That’s where we come in.
The role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape our biopharma product line. You’ll own our most scientific product decisions, defining the use cases worth building and deciding where we go next, turning a deep understanding of how scientists, pathologists, and biopharma teams actually work into clear, opinionated product direction.
This is an AI product, so you’ll own the innovation and challenge of shipping an AI-powered product in biopharma environments. You’ll sit with translational researchers, pathologists, and biomarker leads, translate their decisions into product bets the team can rally behind, and think in business outcomes and go-to-market. You hold a high quality bar and have the bias to action to move from messy signal to shipped, validated product without waiting for perfect information.
What you will do
Own the product vision and strategy: Define the use cases worth owning, and how to get them adopted and scaled.
Be the voice of the customer: Build and run the feedback loops that tell us what's working and what isn't. Turn messy signals from scientists, pathologists, and biopharma teams into clear product direction and prioritization.
Define the use cases: Go deep on specific biopharma workflows (e.g. biomarker discovery, clinical decision-making) and build a strategy to deliver for them.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Work closely with science, engineering, and commercial to turn vision into a roadmap people believe in, and to keep that roadmap honest as we learn.
What we are looking for
Domain fluency: You’ve worked inside or directly alongside biopharma R&D, including translational research, biomarker discovery, pathology, clinical development, and drug discovery, and you can speak the language of the scientists and teams you’ll build for.
Seasoned PM on AI-powered, expert-facing B2B products: You’ve owned complex, information-dense products end to end and brought clarity to ambiguous, technical problem spaces.
AI-native in how you work: You use AI tools as a core part of how you prototype, research, and scale your output, and you have a clear point of view on where AI changes how products should be built.
A track record of strategic ownership: You’ve set product direction and vision, and can point to products you decided were worth building, shipped, and validated with real users.
